- We personally walk you thru each step of the building process. We are never more than a phone call away. Because we are a smaller custom builder, Brian personally does the scheduling and supervising and is on the job site on a daily basis.

- We do a walk-thru and home owner orientation before closing, ensuring all issues have been completed and you are comfortable with the mechanics of your home.
- We do a 1 month follow-up service call after you move into your home. We realize that after living in your home you will find things that may have been missed in our original walk-thru. We like to take the opportunity to address those issues.
- We come back 1 year after you have moved into your home to take care of settling issues that may have occurred during the drying out process of your house.
