We build just a handful of custom homes a year, specifically so we have the time to work with you to create your dream home – the home inspired by your passions. We have several family communities we are currently building in. Or, maybe you already own your dream lot and want a custom home built on it. Either way, we have many custom home layouts to choose from and we will walk you through the building process every step of the way – from lot and community selection through final construction and finishing. There are no unpleasant surprises, no crunch-time, “make-a-decision-fast” events when you build with Parent Builders. We want you to be able to have a comfortable amount time to make all of the important decisions and selections that surround every detail of making your home come together and still keep the scheduled completion date. We don’t build houses, we build homes…. for families just like our own. Creative, unique, and just as individual as you are. So you’re ready now to finish off that basement space and make an exciting, new liveable area to expand out to? Whether you need the space for relaxing or entertaining – or a combination of both – we will creatively design that new living space, providing one-on-one help with selection of all materials. Remodeling & Additions
Brian’s master craftsmanship will seamlessly blend the old with the new in your home. Dreaming of that family room, great room, or master bedroom and bath addition? Let us help you make your dreams a reality in a creative and exciting way, while still keeping within your budget! We give our remodeling and addition projects the same high quality craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail as any other building project we do. You will LOVE your new space! We’ve included a home in which we completely removed the entire middle section of the home and added a second story! In these unfortunate, economic times our business has expanded to include the restoration of several foreclosed homes that were in various states of disrepair. We can transform broken, neglected homes into extraordinary homes. We will assist you through the steps and details of the restoration process and help make all of the necessary decisions easier.
